The owner of the small winery is the president of the Salamiou community, Mr Kostakis Avgousti. The winery has four wines and among their grape wines are Xynisteri, Cabernet Sauvignon  and Mavro. It is located in Salamiou village, 35km northeast of Paphos at the height of 700m. Started as a small project by 3 cousins, now it has premises of 940m2 with plans of expanding more in the near future. Over the years also, the investors of the Winery grew, all with different prestigious backgrounds before joining the wine business.
