Cocchi Americano
Created in 1891 by Giulio Cocchi, the beautifully aromatized Cocchi Americano is a classic Italian aperitif wine that is still produced according to its original recipe and is recognised as the aperitif par excellence in Asti.
Making it true to its name, is the alcohol made bitter (“amaricato”) by the addition of herbs and spices and the American style way that vermouth is consumed, with ice and soda. Since its creation in the 1800s, the Cocchi Americano has gained fame as a main ingredient in James Bond’s Vesper Martini and in other signature cocktails.

Cocchi Americano Rosa
Cocchi Americano Rosa Americano is a classic Italian aperitif wine that does exactly what its name suggests – it awakens the appetite. True to its Americano name, the alcohol is made bitter (“amaricato”) by the addition of herbs and spices. The Americano Rosa is a variation of the classic Americano.
It is produced with a base of red wines of Piedmont from which it derives its colour and is refined with flowers and spices such gentian, cinchona and citrus like the Americano Bianco, but also with saffron, vanilla and rose petals that perfect its taste. Consumed with ice cubes and a dash of soda, or as a main ingredient for low alcohol content cocktails, the Americano Rosa brings zest to any party.
