A varietal wine, Makka Xynisteri is produced from the home grown Xynisteri grape growing on vines located in the mountainous region of Paphos, together with a small amount of chardonnay. The crowing elements of this white dry wine are the citron and citrus fruits incorporated into the aroma and taste. Flavours of green apples and herbs, such as mint and spearmint, are also infused into the taste of this iconic version of Xynisteri.
