Characteristics: A wine made exclusively from the local Xynisteri variety.
Aroma: Intense freshness and delicate scents of flowers, exotic and white fruits with notes of citrus, peach, and passion fruit. 20% of it matures in new oak barrels, with harvest in mid-October. It has aging potential for up to 4 years from the harvest.
Served at: 8-10°C.

Crisp and dry with pleasant hints of green and red apples. More to its character, are the hints of citrus and stone fruits with tropical and herbal notes finish.
