Dr. Adam Teapot Bitters
Dr. Adams Teapot is inspired by ancient tea and spice traditions from the United Kingdom and the Middle East. This pioneering bitter is a mixture of a list of ingredients that includes orthodox black tea, lemon peel, ginger, allspice, star anise, cinnamon and vanilla.
Its bitter almond, black tea, rose-water and vanilla aroma work well with light rum, gin, brandies, whiskies and dry vermouth. Its bitter black tea taste fused with allspice, clove, vanilla, hazelnut and a touch of citrus create a soft-sweetness to its flavour, with a long bitter almond finish.
