Gancia P.R.Ose Blanc Extra Dry

Variety: Glera, Pinot Noir For its production, the grapes are gently pressed and then vinified. The first fermentation takes place in tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. The second fermentation is carried out using the Martinotti method and lasts for 25 days.

Color: Light, pale yellow with a distinctive shine.

Aroma: Continuous, intense, and spicy aroma reminiscent of red apple and white flower notes.

Taste: Medium-bodied with a soft, fresh, and delicate flavor. Long and pleasant aftertaste.

Pairs with: It pairs perfectly with seafood mezze, appetizers with delicate flavors, or can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
