Created in 1891 by Giulio Cocchi, the beautifully aromatized Cocchi Americano is a classic Italian aperitif wine that is still produced according to its original recipe and is recognised as the aperitif par excellence in Asti.
Making it true to its name, is the alcohol made bitter (“amaricato”) by the addition of herbs and spices and the American style way that vermouth is consumed, with ice and soda. Since its creation in the 1800s, the Cocchi Americano has gained fame as a main ingredient in James Bond’s Vesper Martini and in other signature cocktails.

Highland Park Dark Origins
Inspired by the spirit and courage of Highland Park’s founder, Magnus Eunson, Highland Park Dark Origin Malt uses twice as many first fill sherry casks than the classic Highland park 12 Years Old. The result is a darker, richer, and more daring flavour.
This dark malt is an aromatic blend of spice, ripe bananas, toasted hazelnuts and baked apples, while the pallet experiences maraschino cherries, warm dark chocolate, with a sweet, smoky finish.
