Taste: Velvety, full-bodied taste of red fruit jam, with rich, polished tannins and a long spicy aftertaste.

Makkas Red is a full-body dry red wine, produced from high-calibre grape varieties of Syrah, Grenache and the indigenous Maratheftiko and Lefkada, which are grown locally in the mountainous region of Paphos. The bouquets of red fruits, such as strawberry and cherry, with tobacco flavours ensure that the Makkas Red brings to the palate a truly distinctive taste.
