Palate: A rip-roaring waxy sweetness checked by a big build up of vanilla-rich oak. Corn is chewy and rye offers a rich textured background.

Brugal 1888
Brugal 1888 is the exquisite result of wood mastery and double aging. This dark amber clean coloured rum spends up to eight years in American oak bourbon casks and then goes through a second period of aging in European oak first-fill Spanish sherry casks for a further six years.
With a dedication to excellent rum making, Brugal 1988 releases a spicy fragrance with hints of roasted coffee, cinnamon, dried fruits and chocolate. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, with lingering flavours of toffee caramel, wood and liquorice.

Brugal XV
One of the smoothest rums on the market, Brugal XV is a unique blend of rums that have aged for three to eight years in white American oak casks and rums aged for two to three years in ex Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
The result is a perfectly fused mixture of dry rums, with a honey, dried fruit and caramel aroma. It hits the palate with smoothness and a slight note of sweetness.
