Ruby red, full body, high acidity. Aromas and flavors: Prune, blackberry, cherry jam, green mind, green bell pepper, dark chocolate, clove.

Dark, yet vibrant colour with depth and elegance. The nose offers classic black currant aromas and black salted olives, but is highlighted with beautiful earthiness, light clove and spice hints. A round mouth feel, with huckleberry and dried cherry fade to a warm spicy finish.
