Cambridge Japanese Gin
Japanese Gin! Well, sort of. It’s made in Cambridge, so it’s technically English. However, it’s a Japanese Gin at heart as it’s made using traditional Japanese ingredients, including Shiso (a type of herb used for seasoning and as a plate for wasabi), Sansho (a spice with earthy qualities) and Yuzu (which has a similar flavor profile to lemon zest). It also features cucumber and sesame seeds, both frequently used in Japanese cooking, as well as the vital juniper berry. The result is a unique, elegant gin with some rather exciting heated notes appearing mid-palate.

Elephant German Sloe 35% Gin
Elephant Sloe Gin combines the premium London Dry Gin with the classic flavour of wild fresh sloe berries. The fruit is harvested by hand and carefully selected; keeping only the best berries for the sloe gin production. Elephant Sloe Gin is strictly limited to one vintage a year.
Macerated in the gin for several months, these wild berries provide their typical flavour and warm red colour to the spirit.
Compared to other sloe gins, it has a relatively low sugar content paired with a higher alcohol volume of 35% ABV. This makes it ideally suited to mixing in cocktails as well as enjoying it neat.
Taste and Aromas: Elephant Sloe Gin has a richly rounded, lightly sweet and exquisitely fruity bouquet as well as a typical warm red colour to the spirit. The deliberately discreet addition of sugar triggers a perfect balance between tart and sweet notes; without the need for additional artificial flavours.

Elephant London Dry 45%
Elephant London Dry Gin is a handcrafted premium gin of 45% ABV that captures the spirit of Africa. Its innovative blend of 14 botanicals combines rare African ingredients with fresh apples that make Elephant Gin distinct from any other.
Design
The design of Elephant Gin’s logo as a stamp is a nod to the letters sent home by the 19th century explorers of Africa, in which they described the botanical discoveries they made. Writing letters was the only form of communication at the time, without which Elephant Gin may have never heard the tales of these explorers. Each bottle is custom-made and embossed with a crest in the shape of the typical tribal shield.
Elephant Gin’s labels are hand-written by a calligrapher and carry the name of a past great tusker or elephant that its partner foundations currently help to protect.

G Vine
This unique, ultra-premium French Gin has established a new standard in the super premium spirits category. Its proprietors, Jean Sibastien Robicquet and Bruno de Reilhac, are lead oenologists and master distillers of EuroWineGate in the French region of Cognac. The two men broke away from traditional Juniper-based London dry and combined style and complexity to create a new type of contemporary gin which is creating new standards. They have achieved this through the introduction of the rare green grape flower as the base of the G’Vine using ancestral grape distillation techniques and infusion practices.
Utilising Ugni Blanc grape varietal which is renowned for its ability to adapt to the distillation practices of France’s Cognac region, makes for a neutral grape spirit that is considerably smoother with a heady body. Blossoming once a year, in mid-June, this rare green grape flower brings with it a gorgeous fragrance. It exists for only a few days before maturing into a grape berry when is immediately handpicked so as to retain its spellbinding fragrance, infused and then distilled in a small Florentine pot still.

Martin Miller’s Westbourne Gin
Martin Miller’s response was a gin with its emphasis on the spicier, peppery notes of cassia and nutmeg along with a higher strength. From the launch it enjoyed an underground cult status as the bartender’s favourite, it became something of a closely-guarded secret among the bar fraternity.
Shortly after launch, Martin Miller’s Westbourne Gin was awarded 97 points, the highest score ever awarded by the respected Beverage Testing Institute. Then in 2015 it was once again awarded 97 points, an achievement no other gin has attained. Throughout the intervening period it gathered a host of golds and platinums from worldwide tasting panels and juries, but stubbornly remained a gin ‘for those in the know’.
