Mar De Frades Albarino
Mar De Frades is an Albariño from Rias Baixas, a region in Galicia, the northwestern part of Spain that faces the Atlantic Ocean. “Mar De Frades” in the local Galician dialect means “The Sea of the Monks,” as it was the place where pilgrims arrived on their journey to Santiago de Compostela.
Color: Golden yellow with lemon-green hues.
Aroma: It first releases aging notes of bottle and sea breeze, along with eucalyptus and white fruits in the background reminiscent of the Albariño grape.
Taste: In the mouth, it is tasty and fresh with a salty character. The typical Albariño notes reappear in the aftertaste, with a pleasant and crisp finish.

Aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels and completes its maturation in an underground cellar for an additional 10 months.
