Vinification
The hand harvested grapes get nothing more than a soft pressing to reveal the most delicious and irresistible must. Later, they are transferred to stainless steel tanks to ferment and allow the wine to express itself. The wine remains in steel tanks for 24 month to mature and six months in the bottle refining its flavours.
