After fermentation, Rodolfo tastes each one and selects which will be used for the production of Mirto. An exclusive wine, of the highest quality. The wine that went from a dream of Ramon Bilbao to reality. A wine from the heart of Spain and the winery. A modern wine with a unique personality. Limited production of 36,000 bottles, only in exceptional vintage years. Handmade. Aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels.

Color: Deep red wine with purple hues. Aroma: Intense with complex aromas on the nose, featuring notes of fresh dark fruits and ripe cherries, licorice, spices such as clove, nutmeg, and pepper; smoky scents, chocolate, and coffee beans.
